Margie was a dear friend and shared life with me as a Cenacle Sister for a number of years. She was deeply loving and loved by the Cenacle Sisters. We had Mass celebrated for her at the Chicago Cenacle last week . I will miss her phone calls and sharing on her life --always full of adventures.

Margie has been a much loved sister, aunt, prayer partner, friend, and free spirited soul. From visiting the Toy Museum to the Susan B. Anthony House to Niagra Falls to the Poconos to Ringing Rocks, our family has laughed, sung, played, walked, conversed, and dined together. Once Margie came to PA especially to care for me after surgery. Another time found us "yard sailing" on a balmy Saturday morning. My phone calls to Margie were always greeted with the question, "Is this my beloved sister-in-law?" More than once she has been linked to the whimsical, yet complex, young character of Maria in "The Sound of Music" who "waltzes on her way to mass and whistles on the stair". This complicated, meditative, fun-loving, sacrificial, memorable, and unique woman will always hold a special, irreplacable part in our lives. For this we are so grateful to God.

On behalf of the Merchants ESL Branch we want to express our condolences to Margaret's family. We all always enjoyed Margaret's conversations and kindness whenever she was in our Merchants Walks Branch at ESL. She will always be in our hearts .

I have fond memories of Margy from working at the Cenacle when I was a teenager. She was always kind, caring and had a sense of humor. May she rest in peace.
