Peter Botting Obituary

Peter A. Botting

Pittsford - November 1, 2019 at age 82. Peter was pre-deceased by his parents, Roland and Cecelia Botting. Survived by his wife of 54 years, Libbie; his brother Paul (Maxine) Botting of Solomons, MD; his children Ron (Anita Stewart) of Portland, ME, Elena Blue of Chester, CT, Barbara of Philadelphia, PA, Wendy of Ithaca, NY, and Christopher of Martinez, CA; his grandchildren Lily, Cecelia, James, and Ariston.

Peter was a graduate of the University of Rochester and a U.S. Army Veteran. Following a career in the food processing business, he enjoyed a career as a real estate broker for 25 years.

He lived a life of integrity and will be remembered as an honest, reliable friend, animal lover, prolific cookie-baker, and devoted family man.

Donations can be made in Peter's memory to Lollypop Farm-Humane Society of Greater Rochester.
