Szewc, Edward S. "Steady Eddie"
Greece: Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the age of 92 with his loving wife Rose by his side. Predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Pearl Szewc. He is survived by his wife, Rose F. Szewc (Wysocarski); his son, Edward A. Szewc; daughter, Lisa (Vern) Jackson; grandchildren, Justin, Joseph, Jacob and Ashley Jackson; his sisters, Irene (Bruce) Kressman and Dolores Zimarino; several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the staff at Hamilton Manor for the care they provided Ed and his family.
Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday, August 11, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue (corner of Long Pond Road). On Saturday, August 12, 2017 at 10 AM friends may meet at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 1124 Hudson Avenue (corner of Norton Street) for his Mass of Christian Burial. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to a charity of their choice in Ed's memory. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
