Hello, I thought I'd add a couple of the many, many fond memories I have of Anther and our long friendship. I met Painter in the Fall of 73 (could have been Spring 74, not exactly sure) so we go quite a way back. One memory is of the time Anther and Rob took care of our home on North Turkey Creek - would have been 82-83. They handled the house, which believe me required a LOT of TLC, our pets (Frank Z the cat and Beans the dog), and completed some much needed home improvements, the main one being a complete re-tile of the shower. Anther, as we all know, was a master craftsman and that shower job was magnificent. They (A & R) suffered through the legendary Christmas blizzard of 82 on North Turkey Creek, where blizzards do their best work. The other memory I'll submit is of Anther's little cabin up outside Shaeffer's Crossing near Hwy 285. This place was pure Anther, just across a field from Andrea and up the road from some great mutual friends Mary and Mike Roberts. There were some great parties up there, but the thing I recall best was the PENS. Pens? Yup, pens. Literally hundreds of pens stuck in the ceiling of Anther's house. Classic Anther. Man, I'm going to miss him, even if its only the annual Christmas letter. Bye, friend. I'll return your dropcloth in Heaven.

Our condolences are with you and your family at this time of sorrow. Anther was a humble and very caring person. It was our pleasure to have worked with Anther.

Anther will be missed
