Hello 2nd Daddy,
Just checking in saying I love you!
Miss you, going through some tough
Decisions and know you are with my
Daddy. Nothing is the same since you
all have gone, I miss C.R. everyday! He left way to soon I sure wish there was a
telephone number I could call and just
talk for awhile with all of you until we are all together again. Much love and hugs.

I met CR at a basketball game that his grandson and my son were on opposing teams. His enthusiasm was so contagious to the point that after a few pointers, I found myself becoming neutral to the prospect our team could ever win that game! It wasn't a matter of winning or losing that game, he just wanted both teams to play at their best level possible. Through continued conversations, I found a big, strong, stand-up kind of man who was both intellectually and emotionally intelligent. The word integrity comes to mind and I thought he was a real stand out then and I'm even more convinced now. A true family man and friend who was an example of what it means to be a good man. We need more like him!
