A fine man who was dedicated to his wonderful wife Kathy, his marvelous family and many friends. We enjoyed rounds of golf family trips broncos games and time together and Ed was always our leader. We were blessed to have known him and we will miss him.

Gary and I have had the pleasure of living next door to the Sweeney's for the past 26 years when they moved to Denver from Evergreen. We always enjoyed talking with Ed. He was a true gentleman ~ respectful of others, compassionate and kind. Those of us who were fortunate to have known Ed will always remember his smile. He truly loved life and made the most of his years on earth. We will miss seeing him wave as he pulled out of his driveway ~ probably on his way to the golf course.
