My husband and I have such fond memories of Jim. We were "regulars" at Fratelli's. Our daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner in September 1991 was in the upstairs dining area! Jim was "a prince of a guy!" As we age, we fondly remember those, like Jim, that graced our life.

Jim is responsible for us enjoying our beautiful, very sturdy patio cover for years to come. Plans and permits in place due to his contacts and persistence, work began April to completion in August. He never complained about the heat or hard work. He was so knowledgeable on construction and also other contractors like electrical. He and David found they both grew up in North Denver and even found a little time to share stories over coffee at our kitchen table. I appreciated his spirituality and suggestions on books to read but will never forget his cinnamon rolls either. He touched so many lives and made a big difference in our world. Thank you God for arranging for us to spend time together.

Thank you BIG brother Jim; you made me feel special taking me to my Senior Prom at the last minute, employed me at Fratelli's during my vacation breaks from x-ray school, and served as Best Man at my wedding. Always we could depend on you to bring a great homemade dish for the Plummer gatherings. A forever talking, caring and loving brother who wore his faith ready to serve. God's Blessings, your sister Betty

We are shocked and saddened to read in today's Post that Jim has died. We were Fratelli customers for many years. We began our weekends by breakfast most Saturday mornings. In the days when Susan and Anne were in elementary grades and working with their Dad. Jim made a "good restaurant" extra special. We last saw him at The Sacred Heart Retreat Center. Jim was a joy and now is reaping his reward with Our Lord. You, his family, have our deepest condolences. God Bless, Gerald and Rosalie Martinez

Uncle Jimmy,
I have always admired your seemingly never ending supply of patience and kindness. I loved the way you were with Uncle Tom and Uncle Bob and anyone else that needed you. When I was a young teenager you tried to steer me in the right direction, and even though I didn't listen at the time I will never forget what you taught me. Thank you for sharing you're life with me. I will miss you.
Aunt Carol, Ian, Amy, Anne and Susan,
I am so very sorry for the loss of you're Husband and Father. I hope that you're precious memories of him will help you through this difficult time.
Love Debbie

Jim:
I always wanted a brother and thanks to you and your siblings I've been
blessed with more brothers than anyone could ask for.
Your passing is bringing a deep emptiness. I will always remember your
smile and laughter. Need one more favor; help Phil to save a spot up
there for me.
Remembering your work effort, honor and pride; You will be deeply missed.

I didn't know Jim well, he did some handyman work for us and was scheduled to do more. We found him to be an extremely competent worker and a most pleasant person all around. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and close friends. He will be missed.
