Thanks for the In Memoriam. Seeing his face today brought a big smile to my face. We had a lot of good times at the Arvada Senior Center and I enjoyed our lunches together. He was a real "Straight Shooter, at the Center and in business. He is missed.

The Tennyson Berkeley Business Association sends its condolences to the family and friends of Palmy. He was a staple on Tennyson St. for many years and will be missed greatly.

Palmy was an instrumental part of my business and career. He worked with me in 1992 to purchase the properties at 3901-3903 Tennyson St. At the time this was Lloyds Sewing Center. He loaned me the money to buy the buildings and without him, my life would have been very different I'm sure. I think of him often when driving through the neighborhood. Palmy, Thanks for all you did for me and my family! You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.
