Brad Lewellen and family. I'm sorry that you are going through this loss and I hope that you will allow those around you to hold you up and I encourage the sharing of memories of your Dad. Good or not so good, it will always keep him close in your hearts! ~

Hey Mike, Your dad was as humble as they come. Your dad was an incredible athlete but never bragged or was flamboyant about it. He took in stride and I guess that's what great people do . . . their actions speak louder than words. For that reason and more he was just a great human being. I always had a lot of respect for your dad because of who he was. Speaking for my family, our thoughts and prayers will always be with you, your mom and family. Let me know if you need anything.

I am so sorry for your loss I know how difficult it is to lose a love one . Please take comfort in the fact that God will make you firm and he will make you strong. He will ground you at this time of sorrow.

Mike, it was a privilege to have known your dad since our days at CSU, 37 yrs ago. I always appreciated him sharing his interest in sports and his quiet opinions. I'll always remember when you brought him out pheasant hunting a few yrs back. He didn't care to carry a shotgun and take a bird himself; he had a big old grin just walking the fields with us and enjoying the comraderie. I'll miss him, he was a good man. God bless your mom, you and your family.
