Our deepest sympathies. My uncle was a very caring and compassionate man. I remember what a good and fair man he was. He never judged and was always supportive.

I remember Roy from his days at Public Service of CO. He was a happy memory from those days. He was good to me and made coming in to the office a good way to spend my life. Wish I could return both of us to those days. Well, maybe he was glad to retire from those days, but still, I am glad he was there.

I remember the good times I had with Roy when he would come visiting to Ft. Collins when I was in CSU.
We would like to express our condolences to the Kishiyama family.

Roy and his beloved wife,Mitzi, have been my family's friends and neighbors for over 35 years. Roy was a man of great honor who loved his family and would have and did anything to help/support a friend. We will miss him and remember him always.
With Love and Friendship
