I first met Norma back in '84 when our paths crossed at that fateful photography studio (who would've thought we would remain close friends until now). We have been friends for 33 years sharing many happy times (often laughing so hard tears rolled down our cheeks) and challenging times during our frequent outings (usually with good Mexican food and/or wine). And of course there were sweets. Norma shared her famous chocolate sheet cake recipe with me so long ago. To this day, it is a favorite among my friends and family and I think of her every time I make it. She was always such a sweet, spunky and contagiously happy person. Her passing has left a tremendous void in my heart and I cherish my wonderful memories of her. I'm so grateful for Norma's friendship and I will miss her terribly. My thoughts and prayers go out to Charles, Sheryl, Dave and Norma's extended family and friends. She has left her mark on so many. May she rest in peace.

Charles and Family, the years I worked with Norma were a delight! She was so much fun and she was so precious to me. I have so many memories of incidents where we laughed until she was wiping tears from her face. She was a dear friend for over 30 years. I feel honored to have her in my life.

Aunt Norma was such a classy lady! As a child, I loved spending time with her. She was so intelligent and fun-loving. Makes me very sad that so many people will be missing her great smile.

Norma was a very accomplished ceramic artist. I met her in the late 90's in a class at Arapahoe Community College where she generously shared her knowledge and expertise. We worked together firing the school's low-fire salt kiln; as that was an all-day event, I got to know her better through numerous firings. She had a good sense of humor and wit that I enjoyed. I miss her. My condolences to the family.
