I still think of you and miss you every day of my life, Rich. I miss having my "Funcle" Rich, I miss seeing you in the Mustang, which I am so proud to drive, with your dog by your side. It's been almost 4 years and I'm still finding dog hair in that car. You were a good man, and I still love you dearly. I'd trade that car for just one visit with you in a heartbeat. I hope you are where you yearned to be. I haven't found the courage to visit you since you left, and it's still hard to cope, but I promise I will be there to visit you where you will remain. We knew Rich (Dick, back then) when he was a young Airman stationed on the island of Crete in the Med. Prob 1963-1965. My dad was the senior NCO and our family befriended him. I was only 6-7 then, but remember him vividly. We ended up connecting again when our family settled in Denver as did he. He was always well thought of and from reading the messages, affected the lives of many.
