One of my favorites on 2 meter Amateur Radio Net. Always pleasant and patient when I was a newby. Never personally met the man but was always in good hands with his guidance. Great person and was heard on HF nets. Brought credibility to everything he was involved with. I will miss him. Hoping there are the next generation ham radios where you are at, so you can continue your hobby. Hope the passing can be overcome by family and friends. Salute to Bill.

Always a great voice and good humor. I think I only met you once or twice, but the irrepressible smile lingers on. Good DX and try to check into the Weather Net with some lightening, sometime... we'll know it's you, Bill.

What a great guy, we spent many years trying to accomplish items on amateur radio together. One of the biggest, the weather net...40 plus years for each of us..
Tell my wife high for me Bill...

I am so sorry for the Loss of your loved one. I admired Bill so much for his service to Amateur Radio weather gathering. He made me smile each Wednesday on the weather net when he would say..Hi Grammymorgan how are things in Morgan town?.... he was a wonderful and good person. Prayers to you and yours.
