I met Jane when I was a member of the Board of Directors at the Fort Des Moines Museum. She was always a delight to have at events and I'm so grateful we have her memories captured on video.

I tried to connect with her to be part of the WAC's 75th anniversary recognition by the Iowa Commission on the Status of Women. Now I regret we weren't able to have her attend. She will be missed.

My deepest condolences to your family during this most difficult time. There are no words that can ease the pain of losing someone so beloved. May you find comfort and peace in knowing that your loved one is in God's memory, because those who pass on are precious in his eyes. - Psalms 116:15.

I've known Jane since the 70's when I met her at VA Hospital. Mine and Betty's prayers go out to her family and numerous friends. She was a person who once she met you she never forgot you. She loved to talk about her life and her animals. There was no subject she didn't have a comment about. Once you knew her you had a friend for life. She was ornery as well and you could always tell when she got this twinkle in her eye she was going to tell a story or was up to something. You will be missed by many Jane and say Hi to all our families who have gone before us I'm sure you'll know them all.

All our Love
Patty and Betty
