Lois C. Horn

Indianola - Lois C. Horn, 92 of Indianola, IA passed away January 4, 2021 peacefully in her home.

Lois was born March 17, 1928 to Lloyd and Irene Retherford in New Boston, IL. She was married to Frank A. Horn Jr. November 20, 1949. She was a member of Fort Des Moines Methodist Church.

Lois was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and 9 siblings.

Survivors include: daughter Pamela Skinner (Alan) of Des Moines, 3 siblings, 2 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Pam, I am so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed conversations with your mom and her love for gardening and tomatoes. She was very lucky to have you by her side. God bless you at this time

Pam I am so sorry to see this. She was a wonderful lady and I was so proud to have met the two of you their at the village. She was so blessed to have a daughter like you to take care of her and spend her lasts years with her best friend. My condolences to you Pam and your family

Sorry for your loss Pam. She was such a great lady. I miss the days years ago when I got to spend time with her. Enjoyed being around her and going to visit her and Frank.
