I'm sorry for your loss. During this difficult time may prayer comfort and strengthen you and your family. 1 Thessalonians 5:17

I just now learned of Col. Davis' death, and it has greatly saddened me. For approximately eight years, I worked at the Army Reserve Center at Old Fort Des Moines, as a clerk-typist, and he was my "top" boss. He was one of the most wonderful people I've known in my life, always kind, caring, and considerate of others. I'll never forget all the "chats" we often had in my office. He always considered each and every individual who worked under him a vital part of the 372nd Engineer Group. I just feel very sad that I lost touch with him and a few other members of the Engineer Group. My heart and prayers go out to the family. He will be missed very much.
