In loving and cherished memories of a wonderful person who will be missed, may she R.I.P and may mourning ones be comforted by prayers to our Heavenly Father who promises to dry our tears, doing away with death and pain shortly.

Dorothy was a beautiful person and neighbor. In 1990 I was a new bride moving to Fairway Drive from Cleveland, Ohio. Dorothy was playing a round of golf and had just made her shot on the green when she spotted me in my garden. She approached smiling with her had extended and said I am Dorothy Podolsky your neighbor and if you ever need a cup of sugar you can get it from me. She was so elegant and classy and had a way of making everyone feel so good! Another time years later, she was delivering a beautiful Tiffany box to a neighbor who just had a baby around Christmas and was standing near the end of the driveway. I stopped to say hello and she told me that she was stuck in the ice. Of course, I quickly jumped out and lifted her to safety. She thanked me and showed me her earrings that her daughter sent her from Paris! She will be missed by us all on Fairway Drive in Detroit!
