Never Too Late.
I have been crucified with Christ: it is no longer
I who live, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Galatians 2:20

Invitation to LIve Forever.
He has made everything beutiful in i ts time.
Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except
That no one can find out the work that God
does from beginning to end.
He became a peronsonal counsello to me .
I will miss him.
(Ecclesiastes 3:11)

I was saddened to learn of the passing of Rev. Green. I got to know him throughout the years, but especially, during the years that I served as President of the Ypsilanti-Willow Run Branch of the NAACP, 1987 through 1998. He gave me valuable advice for leading an organization that dealt with civil rights. He also counselled me on keeping the faith in what I was attempting to accomplish with the Branch. He encouraged me to persevere when the challenges that I faced seemed overwhelming. I specifically remember marching in the streets with him on Saturday, June 22, 1996, when the Ku Klux Klan rallied in Ann Arbor. He was a leader in an alternative and peaceful demonstration in Wheeler Park.
In addition to being a personal counsellor and fraternity brother in the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., he was a valued and trusted friend.
I will miss him; however, I have been blessed to have known him during some very and historic interesting times.
Respectfully submitted.
