Frank was a kind and caring man. He was a wonderful neighbor who was always ready to help others.
He had a great love for his family, country and for the city of Madison Heights. He was respected by everyone in the neighborhood and he has been missed. Thinking of him and his family with prayers.

Both Frank and Joann were instrumental on the Environmental Citizens Committee that brought Cable TV programs to residents talking about Recycling, composting and other environmental issues back in the 80's and 90's.
Clearly both gave of themselves to help their community to move forward.
Truly a good man!

I liked taking Frank to Mass and out to breakfast every Sunday, He enjoyed talking to people and had a good sense of humor. May your soul rest in peace, Frank!

Frank was a good neighbor & friend...willing to help however he can. Always a source of historical facts and ready to share a joke, story...and sometimes a beer. Godspeed, Frank.
