Mr. DeDecker, as I always called him and will always think of him, was a big part of my early life, as I grew up in the same neighborhood and our families were close friends. He was the pilot of my first ride in an airplane. I will always remember his humor and kindness, and my heart goes out to Mrs. DeDecker, Mary, and everyone else in his family as they mourn his passing. Thinking of you with deep sympathy.

Our thoughts, prayers and heartfelt sympathy from your lifelong friend of Old Village of Warren and family, thinking of you long distance. Jean Parrott-Moeller and family.

Frank was a pillar of a man, a man's man who did so much for the community. He was a pleasure to be with or talk to. His captive smile and warm personality will be missed. Whether it was business or his family, he was genuine and caring. He adored Jean and kept us abreast of their kids. He did untold things for St. Anne Parish and both our sons benefitted from his shared program with WCS. Frank will be missed by all those whom he touched. Our sincerest sympathy to Jean and family.

Sorry for your loss. Frank was certainly one of the individuals we could look up to and respect, both as a person and a Professional'
