We will miss Jean very much, but find solace that she is with our Lord in Heaven.
Jean had that wonderful heavenly smile whenever we met. She was always kind, affectionate and loving! I/we will miss her very much on Earth.
May her soul Rest In Peace!

Father we stretch our hands to Thee,No other help we know.If Thou withdraws Thyself from us, where shall we go?What did Thine Only Son endure,Before Jean drew her breath? What pain,What labor, to secure,Jeans soul From endless death?I paraphrased the words of this beautiful hymn by Issac Watts and John Wesley to emphasize that we can know for a certainty that (Aunt) Jeans soul is with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.Christ told the thief crucified on the cross next to him ,This day you will be with me in Paridise. So we rejoice in knowing that Jean does not have to wait three weeks, or several months to be with Christ, but we know for a fact that when she exhaled in this world, she inhaled in the next world He has prepared for His children to be in with Him!She is loved and we will miss her, but because of Christ, We will see her again!Auf Wiedersein,Aunt JeanYour Adopted Niece,(smile)Cheryl CurrieWenskay

My mom, Gloria Barnes, had the pleasure of living next door to Jean at Henry Ford Village. I just want you to know how friendly she was to my mom..she would check in on her if she hadn't seen her in a while and I know they ate together a couple of times. It really meant a lot to my mom AND me. My mom has Parkinson's and sometimes she doesn't always do well and she's hard to hear-I think it makes some people uncomfortable but Jean still was very friendly with her and I know my mom will miss her. Our prayers are with you during this difficult time. God bless. Sincerely, Dixie Barnes
