In the rising of the sun and in its going down,

In the opening of buds and in the rebirth of spring,

we remember him.

In the blueness of the sky and in the warmth of summer,

we remember him.

In the rustling of leaves and in the beauty of autumn,

we remember him.

When we have joys we yearn to share,

we remember him.

In the pitching of the ball and the calling of the strike,

we remember him.

In the casting of the rod and the catching of the fish,

we remember him.

In the swinging of the club and the putting for a par,

we remember him.

So long as we live, he too shall live, for he is forever a part of us, as we remember him.

Jesse was one of the very best bosses I ever worked for. When I got to work every morning, if I saw Jessse's smile, I always thought this was going to be a good day, and it was. Rest in peace, Jessse. One of the best!

Jane, I am heartbroken to hear of Jesse’s passing. I worked with him at APD for many years. He was such a kind man, and I can still hear his foot steps when he would run over to my office, I always knew when he was coming. He never walked, he had quick run to him. I have so many fond memories of him. I was only 19 when I started at APD and Jesse gave me my first Controller job. We worked together for over 20 years. I sat in many meetings with him over the years , he was one of the best. He emailed me last year after he heard of one of our co-workers passing and we caught up briefly. I am so sorry for your loss!

He was a President, boss, co-worker, a friend to me and everyone at Federal APD. He always treated everyone with respect.
Many years after he left Federal APD my wife past from decades of fighting Multiple sclerosis and Jesse and Jane showed up to support me and my family. Love you like a Brother Jesse.
He was my inspiration.
Jane, may he rest in peace and fill your heart with all those loving memories he give you.

Dear Jane it is with great sadness and tears I just learned of Jesse’s death. What can I say, I feel is was like a brother to me, a kindred spirit. Heart of gold and loving and caring. I pray that he was greeted with great love upon passing to the other side, albeit torn between the love in this world and the world beyond. From our conversation with him on New Year’s Day I know he was so Joyous about his grandson Jacob and so looking forward to the arrival of his new Grandchild. May he instill his presence in the spirit of this new born. I love him so and know will be greeted by him when my day arrives. Love and so much more. Mike

I went a meeting at Jessie’s house looking to be an assistant coach for my sons tball team. I left Jessie’s house as the head coach! His infectious passion for Franklin Baseball hooked me in. It was hard to say no to Jessie. A true mentch in every way. You will be missed but never forgotten.
