John, a great guy, perfect for all of life's consequences. We worked together a lot at Ford and John was always there and ready, surmising the landscape as well as anybody. Among our customers and associates, he carried the day and generated positive outcomes. After retirement, he put me together with the right people for a Lear Corp. board assignment - how thoughtful and nice.
John's legacy is indelible and will be preserved forever for Alice and the family.
God Bless.

I worked for "JJ" in the 70s. We had many good times. When referring to his favorite drink he'd say, "lets have a 'see through' ~ a martini".

My mentor. I remember a night in Las Vegas with John and Alice... they had an amazing suite "The Manhattan Suite" because John liked [loved] his Manhattans. While we were "pre-gaming" in their suite... Alice nodded to John [I barely picked it up]... they were playing KENO the whole time and just won something like $20K. He didn't even blink... he was focused on our discussion / concerned about my career. I have many more memories, but that WAS John... doing it his way while making everyone feel special. Cheers!

Dear family of John - if memory serves me correctly, we were classmates in the class of 1950 at U of D High. Please accept my deepest sympathy on the loss of your family patriarch.
