Uncle Joe, you meant so much to all of us. Your caring for us meant so much to us. I thank you so much for being such a good brother checking in on your sister and your brothers. And thank you for coming and visiting my father spending time with him. And I'm thankful I was able to bring him to see you before you passed. You will be missed but you will always be loved by us. Thank you so much for everything. Love you your nephew Bob your nieces Susan and Karen.

I have so many fond memories of spending time at the Hazemy house. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. Lots of love from that girl down the street

Joe you will very much be missed but never forgotten. Your Tuesday golf friends have countless memories of good times because of you. A special person who had a spark for life and was never afraid of his surroundings. So long to a good person who I was proud to have as a friend. RIP Dave Phillips
