I was just thinking about him and other Madison High School teachers the other day. Both my parents died at 84 as well. May you have many fond memories of your parents between the tears.

The Downing girls, Pam 1976, Cynthia 1978 and Holly 1980 have a special place in our hearts for Mr. Teschendorf. He was a fabulous science teacher at Madison High School and a wonderful person who I got to know as a truly nice man when I worked after school in the main office of MHS from 1977 - 1980. He had wry sense of humor and a sly grin that preceded whatever he thought was funny. So sorry for your loss. Holly Downing Stowers 1980

Mr. Teschendorf was my favorite teacher! I went into education as an adult and patterned my classroom after him. He was a gentleman and a scholar. I feel blessed to have known him.
