I've known Bill most of my life, we went to grade school, high school, the army and he was the best man at my wedding. We saw each other at least once a month until the end of 2017. I will surely miss him..

Rest in peace, Uncle Bill. We will miss you, your beautiful smile and your company at the dinner table. We were so happy to cook some of your favorite old family recipes for you and we took great pleasure in seeing you always go back for seconds. You will always be with us in spirit. You had such incredible charisma and you made everyone feel special and lucky to share some time with you. You were one of God's angels on earth and now you are a bright, shining star in the heavens.
All our love,
Dave, Sherry (Teefey), Autumn, Scott & Cait Mowatt

Kathy and Hinaris Family, We are so going to miss Bill. We have had the honor and joy of knowing him for 50 years. Bill was like a Father figure to Larry and I. We so enjoyed his visits to Fl. and seeing him when we would come to Mi. We will miss his jokes and stories he would tell. Bill you were one in a million and we love and miss you. Until we see you again! Love Larry & Sheryl

I have known Bill since 1972 , Senate brought us together in Taylor many years ago. My girls Julie and Jenna worked there and Bill always told me how great they were and they loved him. I started golfing with Bill's Wednesday group and made a few good friends from that group. Last year he really couldn't play much but still came out to be with the guy's. I will always remember that laugh and that kindness he showed everyone. God bless you Bill and may you rest in peace, heaven is going to love 1 up and cheese chili cheese fries.
