Bernie was a loyal customer for over 40 years. He was a very kind man with a love of Volkswagens. We will all truly miss him and his laugh. Our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

We all go through life and meet many people that touch our lives. Sometimes it is for a moment and sometimes it is for a lifetime. I was so fortunate to have known Bernie, for he was one who touched my soul for my lifetime. His kindness is always with me. His generous and gentle nature was essential to who he was and he shared this nature with all who knew him.
A few years ago we happen to be in the same city at the same time and were able to reconnect. That wonderful smile, that unique laugh and that mischievous twinkle in his eye were all still there. How could one not love this guy. After 40 years this tender soul was still just as beautiful as ever.
There are those that make the world a difficult place, those that make it interesting, those that make it frightening and those that make it a beautiful place to exist. It takes all kinds to make this world what it is, but the best are the kind, gentle, generous souls that love to laugh. That was Bernie. He was the best of us.
