I was shocked to hear of JONATHONS passing. I remember playing basketball and throwing the football with
him at his mother's house in Columbus in the mid - eighties. My dearest condolences to his family.

Jonathan was my attorney for a couple of legal situations. These were difficult times in my life, and I will never forget the kindness and friendship and genuine concern he showed for both myself and family. A gentle soul and an honorable man...

Jon was loved by all in his fraternity in college. We had the great privilege of experiencing those early years with him and to a tee, the memory of him always brings a smile to all of us. Same with his foray to DC right after college.
I extend my condolences to his family and all who have suffered his loss.

My deepest condolences to his wife Kelly, children and entire family on Jonathan's passing. Though I had not seen him in many years I was proud to call him my friend in law school, as did so many others. I know he will be missed by many.

Kelly, my heart aches for you and your family. You and Jonathan were a great couple from the beginning. I always admired his calm, wisdom, intelligence, dedication, humility, respect, and humor. Seeing him in action in the courtroom was impressive. He could win a case with one sentence. Your beauty and strength were an amazing compliment to his qualities. May God hold you and your children close and may your memories bring you comfort.

My life intersected with Jonathan's when we both, with a third person, Monty Lepper, were thrown together as reluctantly elected directors of an entity responsible for pursuing return of gains by a fraudulent actor. We seldom met in person; however, each Christmas season we got together one evening for dinner with our spouses. In the couple hours spent together the love of you and Jonathan for each other and your children radiated throughout the conversation. Kelly, those few hours we spent together will always be cherished. You are truly a most inspiring couple.
My wife and I grieve with you in your profound loss.

My condolences to Kelly, children and family. I was heartbroken to hear of your loss. Jonathan was unique, caring and awesome person. I always enjoyed our conversations back when he lived in the "lawyers house". I remember meeting Kelly and kids in church several years back. He so proud to introduce me to his wife and children. He was so happy and his smile was so infectious. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. My God lift you up and carry you through this difficult time.

The world has lost a most unique and unforgettable person, felt most deeply by his family, but also felt far and wide by a long line of friends - like me, a law school classmate - who so enjoyed his company. May all the wonderful memories comfort you, Kelly, and your children, along with all of the rest of us who loved him along the way.

Kelly and children - No words can ever be written or said to tell you of my sadness for the loss of your husband and Father. These are the things in life that we all know will happen one day, but can never know when. Jon is in God's hands and free from pain, and he will forever be looking down on us from heaven. I will be there for you whenever I am called upon.
All my love.

We were neighbors for years over in the 05 and got to know the Nusbaums and the extended family. Jonathon was a great man and father and always enjoyed talking with him usually pushing strollers around the block. Much respect for the strong family bond in this entire family, prayers and deepest sympathy to all, rest in peace Jonathon.
