Walls, Paul
1942 - 2021
Pastor Paul Louis Walls, passed away January 5, 2021. He was born April 25, 1942, in Kankakee, Il. to the late Pastor Lyndon and Mrs. Mary Walls. He graduated from Watkins Memorial High School in 1960 and was ordained through IMF, Minnetonka Beach, MN in 1991. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Judy (Evans). They were inseparable and devoted to each other and their Doddle dogs, FloJO and Whitney. Paul is also survived by four loving children, Christina (Marvin) Lilley, Mitchell (Mary) Walls, Karen (Walls) Damewood, and Kevin Walls; 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; in addition to brothers, Pastor Ben (Melanie) Walls and Bob (Mary) Walls. Also surviving are Connie and Kenny Matthews and Bonnie Evans. As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many. His Christian life was as beautiful as the congregation he pastored so well, and his influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him. A Memorial Service to celebrate Pastor Paul's life will be held in the spring. Time and place to be determined. Service will be live-streamed on the internet.

Pastor Paul was a man of God. I've only known him for 2 1/2 years, but his loving spirit was evident to everyone who met him. He married Jane and myself in August of 2018. He loved his congregation at The Connection Church. I learned to Love his Ministry. John Ellas
