Timothy Joseph Maccabee, 53, passed away on Friday, August 25, 2017 in Columbus, OH. Timothy was born on July 15, 1964 in Columbus to David Maccabee and Jean Ann Brillhart. Timothy is preceded in death by his father and grandmother Helen Zollars. He is survived by his wife, Gale Anne (Barton) Maccabee; children, Tim, Jr., Cody and Jesse Maccabee, Charity Rayburn, Jenny and Gregory Barton; grandchildren, Dakota, Hailey, Hannah, Hunter, and Seth; siblings, Toni and Tracy Maccabee; nephews, Dana and David Smalley; nieces, Amy Smalley and Miranda Palmer. Family will receive friends on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 4-6 p.m. at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Columbus NE Chapel, 3047 E. Dublin-Granville Rd., Columbus, OH 43231. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Cleveland Clinic in Timothy's honor.
