December 3, 2019 We love you, grandma!! Thank you for everything ❤ December 2, 2019 Like all the Barkers, Aunt Elaine's life was one of service, perseverance, devotion, cheerfulness, and hard work. What an example for her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and all who will follow knowing of her character and the legacy she leaves. We love you, Aunt Elaine. After 71 years of two generations of Barkers, the surviving member is gone. She will be missed; but like Grandma and Grandpa and her four brothers and four sisters, never ever forgotten. Graig Larsen, Thousand Oaks, CA December 1, 2019 I only met Elaine two times. The one thing I noticed is her sweet happy countenance. Brett spoke of how sweet and fun she was. May you all be warned by the wonderful memories of the times you were able to spend with her. Condolences to all of you for your loss. Boyd and Laree Parkinson, Lehi, UT December 1, 2019 My condolences and prayers to the Lowder childre. I loved working in Primary with your mom when she was Primary President. Long time ago in Concord and Walnut Creek. I think of her often and especially at Christmas time. She always sent us a Christmas card telling how you are all doing. Judy Hales
