Glenna "Jeanie" Jean Gills
Pasadena, MD - Glenna "Jeanie" Jean Gills, age 78, of Pasadena, MD, formerly of Zelienople, PA, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
Born February 25, 1943 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Glenn Sidney Grubbs and Sarah Elizabeth Kirchner Grubbs.
Glenna graduated from the Zelienople High School class of 1961. She was employed with Armco as a clerical assistant and also worked as a receptionist Sherwood Oaks.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Michelle (Brian) Gregory of Stokesdale, NC, Dana (Jeff) Eder of Wilmington, NC, and Laura (Erick) Guidinetti of Pasadena, MD; and her grandchildren, Lauren and Sela Gregory, Cadence and Ryker Eder, and Gianna Guidinetti.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dennis Gills, who passed away March 27, 1992.
Family and friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of the Celebration of Life Service at 12:00 PM Noon on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the Boylan Funeral Home, Inc., 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063.
She will be laid to rest beside her late husband at Locust Grove Cemetery in Ellwood City.
If desired, memorial contributions may be made in Glenna's honor to the Vasculitis Foundation or Gilchrist Hospice Care.
