I will always remember Barbara for her warmth, grace, vivacity and kindness. She was someone who embraced the world and its treasures and who wanted to share them with everyone. Barbara, you will always be with me.

Smile whenever I think of her, because I always had such good times and fun with her. She was a pretty, intelligent, understanding, talented friend.

I was privileged to know Barbara in Special Services, Nurnberg, Germany in 1961. We became a fast friends and traveled together on our days off. My husband and I dined with Barbara and John in El Paso many years ago,
while visiting them. We stayed in touch all these years. I know how she suffered as my husband died of COPD six years ago. I grieve the loss of a truly special friend. My deepest sympathy to John and the family.

I was privileged to have sat in a Buddhism class at UTEP a few years ago taught by Mrs. Kotowski. She was a great teacher and a kind individual. Unfortunately, she became ill near the end of the semester and required oxygen. I remember her husband lovingly and patiently waiting for her class to
end. Thank you Mrs. Kotowski for all I learned that semester. God bless all her family and friends.
