Mr. Reyes,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the USN during the Cold War. Millions of Americans slept safe at night because you and your fellow Servicemen stood ready to defend our Country. And to your Family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

My deepest condolences on your lost.
I was sadden to her about his passing......
I worked with Frank for many years at WSMR until I retired back in 2011. He was very helpful with my budget requirements when I needed help.
May God Bless Him. I will say a prayer for him an his family.......

I cannot begin to tell you how saddened I am with the recent death of my childhood friend. My family lived next door to Frankie and his family for years. My brother Johnny and he always maintained a friendship so it was natural to see he and Cecy at our family gatherings/celebrations, after all he was like part of our family. Frankie grew up to be an honorable man, deeply devoted to Cecy and his children. He will be missed by all who knew him. My deepest condolences go out to Cecy, his children and immediate family. Rest in peace my friend. I will always remember your smiling face and cheerful personality.
