Curtis Johnson
BLAIRSTOWN, NJ
Curtis Johnson, 80, of Blairstown, NJ, passed away on Oct. 27, 2018 in Hackettstown, NJ.
He had lived in Kingfield, Maine, for many years. He was born on Oct. 27, 1938, to Walter and Pearl (Tindall) Johnson in Trenton, NJ.
Curtis had been an auto mechanic with The Auto Shop, Blairstown, NJ. He was veteran of the US Army, serving during the Vietnam War. He was active in the Maine American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; a son William Stender; a daughter, Deborah Anne McKee; two brothers, Walter and Bill Johnson; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at Newbaker Funeral Home, 200 Route 94, Blairstown, NJ 07825.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations in Curtis' memory be made to the Blairstown Ambulance Corps, P.O. Box 389, Blairstown, NJ 07825.
