Laura, or as I knew her "Aunt Buttons", was the fullest of life of any of us. Those line dances mentioned above at Fantasy Island in LBI weren't the only ones she jumped headfirst into. I can't recall a time Buttons wasn't the first one out on the dance floor. She was the epitome of fun and the epitome of loving & caring. During some rough patches, Buttons would never ever hesitate to offer help, sometimes secretly. She'd whisper "Bri do you need any money". I could never take it but she would NEVER hesitate to offer. She was mine and my sister's babysitter for several summers as a kid. We always looked forward to time spent with Buttons....... Always. There honestly isn't a bad thing anyone could say about her. Not one. She was the living embodiment of Happy and Outgoing. She'd brighten up the darkest of rooms..... and I will miss her dearly.

I met Laura during the summer of 1970 at Jackson Valley Sports camp. From there we shared many classes at Warren Hills and we giggled through most of them. A true high school friend not to be forgotten...
