I became close to Michael within the last few years, as his brother Frank's significant other. He always put a smile on my face and joy & peace of Jesus in my heart! A Godly man , kind, humble, caring and loving. He always asked about me & others. He suffered graciously, all the while never losing his sense of humor! when I first met Michael he welcomed me into the family and I felt I knew him most of my life! It's hard not to feel that way when on Memorial weekend, his brother Frank and I drove up from Florida, and his sister Nancy and her husband Bob flew up from Florida and we spent Memorial weekend with Michael reminiscing many of their childhood stories. What a wonderful time we shared! Michael, you are sorely missed! I'm honored to have met you and had the opportunities to get to know you.

Very sad to see that my old friend and classmate Mike has passed on and send my sympathy to Mary Kay and family. Mike and I graduated from Salesianum together , car pooled to St Joe's together and then were both swept up in the Vietrnam mess with Mike joining the Air Force and me being drafted into the Army in 1967. Although I have not seen Mike since college I remember and appreciate his generosity, good humor and strength. Money was very tight for both of us and Mike generously continued to drive me to St. Joe's while my junkers were in intensive car care. He bravely towed me and one of my broken down cars through the roller coaster hills of Rte. 1 with only a (too) short chain between us. Prepared me for Space Mountain. A treat for us were the times we stopped at Stanley's on the way home for their famous 30 cent ham sandwiches and 15 cent drafts. God Rest this Good man!
