Tom and I were school chums which lasted long after school. Tom was a conservative, myself a liberal. When we casually met (grocery stores or in passing) It never failed, our political views would spark.
In our younger days together we applied for our social security cards separated by one digit.
We both worked for the same employer.
Needless to say, I miss my friend of many years. God bless.

I knew Tom through early morning walks at the Community Center, and in those short few laps, I learned a bit about him- how he enjoyed bringing the paper over on Sunday mornings, coffee at McDonald's with the boys in P'Burg - and he always had an encouraging word for me. I counted on seeing him again and was saddened to hear that he had passed away. I have missed his friendly words and feel blessed to have shared those laps around the track. My prayers are with you all .

Sir,
I did not know you personally, however I would very much like to "Thank You" for your dedicated and honorable Military Service to OUR country.
At a later date, we will meet in that "SPECIAL PLACE" which GOD reserves for ALL of those who stepped forward to serve their country in a Military Uniform.
May ALL of GOD'S blessings fall upon your dear family!
