SMITH Phillip "Whippy" The Federal Council of the AMIEU is saddened by the passing of our Brother Phillip (Whippy) Smith and we express our sincere sympathies to his family. Whippy was a proud and stalwart member of our Union family for many years and served on our Federal Council. He is survived by his wife Sandra, and his children Jason and Karlie. Our prayers and thoughts are with his family and we want it known that he has passed leaving a huge impression on the lives of workers in the meat industry. Rest in Peace old friend.
