Family and friends mourn the loss of Lynda Lapp who died on Tuesday, August 24, 2021, in Pomona, California. She was 76 years old. Lynda was born in Neodesha, KS on May 24, 1945 and moved to California with her family as a teenager. They settled in La Verne during her high school years. Lynda Keeler-Jaynes graduated Bonita High School in 1963 and attended Mt. San Antonio College. She married her husband Bill in 1964 and they shared 55 years together raising their family in La Verne. Lynda worked at AGS Foods and Military Deli & Bakery Services and retired in 2011. She served in numerous volunteer positions including PTA, Bonita Band and Choir Booster, American Cancer Society, and San Gabriel Valley USBC. She is survived by her son William R Lapp and daughter-in-law Tammy of Alta Loma, CA; brother Vernon Keeler of Neosho, MO; three grandchildren Travis Moore of Gig Harbor, WA, Taylor Laidlaw and his wife Brittany of Tacoma, WA, and Katherine Lapp of Alta Loma, CA; and three great-grandchildren Zias , Niamiah, and Rayne Laidlaw. She is preceded in death by her husband William Lee Lapp, parents Alma and Oral Jaynes, father Norris Holcomb Keeler, sister Twyla King, and beloved daughter, Debra Mae Ann Moore. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 21st at 2:30 pm at Forest Lawn, Church of Our Heritage, located at 21300 E. Via Verde Street, Covina, CA 91724. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Association.

I will forever cherish the memories we all have made together. I am so thankful that a part of you is carried on through Zias, Niamiah and Rayne. We will hold you in our hearts until we meet again in Heaven. I love you Grandma.
