Dear Donna & Jason,
My thoughts & prayers are with you both & your families with the passing of your dad. As I reflect on my memories of your dad, two words came to mind: Laughter & Love. Your dad had a unique way of connecting with people by making them laugh with his telling a good (or corny) joke. And he would laugh so hard right along with them. He could put a smile on your face & for that moment lightening your burdens. Your dad’s love was unending. He loved your mother so deeply. They were truly soul-mates. After each of you was born they brought you down to my Mom’s house. There was such love and devotion that shone from his eyes. He had a dedicated love for each of his grandchildren, and a vast love for all of his family members.
I will truly miss your dad & my exceptional cousin as he touched my life for many years with his laughter & love.
With love & prayers,
Carla Thompson (cousin)

While I am very sad to hear the news of Junior's passing, he will always continue to put a smile on my face when I think of any of the jokes he has told me in the past. Sometimes I would talk to him for hours about nothing in particular yet he had a the great ability to turn it around into something funny in just a few words, while remaining serious when he needed to. He was a great next door neighbor.
Rest in peace Junior. You will be missed by many.
