Doris Kaszycki Obituary

Doris Marie (Carriere) Kaszycki passed away on April 29, 2021 after a short illness. She was the only daughter of the late Real and Marie Anne Carriere and was raised on their dairy farm in Berlin with four brothers who have all predeceased her. She was a loving mother of five children, twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Her family was her whole life. She was never happier than when her entire family was together with her to celebrate the holidays. She will be forever missed by her husband of sixty-nine years Ronald Kaszycki and her children, John Kaszycki and his wife Dot, David Kaszycki and his wife Kathy, Paul Kaszycki and his wife Lisa, Carol Murray and her husband John, Sharon Gorneault and her husband Wayne, twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the nurses, doctors and staff on the Hospice floor of Middlesex Hospital for their kind and compassionate care. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 6 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Church, 485 Alling St., Berlin. Burial will be held privately. Visitation will be held Thursday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Farrell Funeral Home, 110 Franklin Sq., New Britain. Masks are required. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Stroke Foundation, 6405 Metcalf Ave., Ste 214, Overland Park, KS 66202.
