Janice LaBeth Zook
Janice LaBeth Zook, 72, of Eufaula, Alabama, died Friday, October 8, 2021, at her residence.
Memorial services were held Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 4 P.M., at Chapman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Toole officiating. Visitation was held prior to the service from 3 P.M. until service time with Chapman Funeral Home directing. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Born on September 2, 1949, Janice was the daughter of the late Henry Gray and Eva Allen Basden. Janice was employed with Crowne Health Care in Eufaula as an LPN for several years. She enjoyed crafting, antiqueing and writing poetry.
Survivors include her son: Wade (Julie) Shirley of Eufaula, Alabama; her daughter: Karen (Scott) Harding of Noblesville, Indiana; 4 grandchildren: Geoffrey (Sam) Shirley, Kendra (Justin) Wilson, Leah (Thomas) Horst, Lauren Harding; 7 great grandchildren: Carlie Shirley, Kayden Wilson, Emma Wilson, Trevor Wilson, Verity Horst, Granger Horst, Delilah Horst; 1 brother: Bob (Joan) Basden of Mobile, Alabama.
