Jean Coppack Outzen, age 84, passed away on April 8, 2019 at her home in Fort Walton Beach. Jean was born on April 17, 1934 in Shotton, Wales to Arthur Coppack and Edith Powell. She was a military wife and a member of the British Wives Club. Jean is preceded in death by her husband, Donald G. Outzen, and son, David P. Outzen. She is survived by her daughter in law, Tracy Outzen of Destin, FL. and grandsons, Preston Cole Outzen and Chase Stone Outzen. Jean traveled around the country as a military wife and she loved the beach and seafood. She cherished her two grandchildren and will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.
