Jessie A. Howe, 98, of West Chester died Wednesday February 24, 2021 at her home. She was the wife of the late Harry E. Howe, who died in 1977. Born in West Chester, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Adelina Mattioli Izzi. She was a graduate of West Chester High School. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by the PA Railroad and St. Agnes Rectory. Jessie was a past member of the Italian Social Club and T.L.A. She enjoyed flower arranging, painting, reading, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, Stephen E. Howe, and his wife Marcy, daughter, Diane H. Alesiani, and her husband Dennis L., granddaughters, Jessica Kienle, Stephanie Kienle and a sister Irma Cimini. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter the late Denise H. Kienle and her brothers, Dorino, Michael, John, Joseph, and Anthony. Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, from 10-10:45am at the St. Agnes Church, 233 West Gay St. West Chester, PA 19380, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment will be at St. Agnes Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the St Agnes Church at the above address.
