Louise McIntosh born August 1, 1926 in Gary, Indiana peacefully departed this life on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Methodist Southlake Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband Lawrence McIntosh Sr., Sons Lawrence McIntosh Jr., Daryl McIntosh and grandson Lawrence McIntosh III. She leaves to cherish her loving memory son Rick (Debra) McIntosh, grandchildren Rebecca McIntosh, Sheree (Tavarus) Ross, Hasani McIntosh, Hamadi (Katrice) McIntosh, Jabari McIntosh and Jamila McIntosh, 5 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday, April 27, 2018 from 12 to 8pm with family hour 6-8pm. Funeral services Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 10am at St. Timothy Community Church, 1600 W. 25th Ave. Gary, IN. Interment Fern Oak Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs.McIntosh were dear friends of my late parents Jesse and Helen Jenkins. I remember Mrs. McIntosh as a pretty woman with a warm smile! Much love and peace to her family!
