Sad to hear of Randy's passing. He was instrumental in moving Michigan's HIV/AIDS policies forward. He was a friend and colleague and I will miss his wit and good humor.

I am devastated to learn of the passing of my great friend, Randy. He was an outstanding person who will be missed by many in Battle Creek. My greatest sympathies to Donna, Frank and his descendants. Another loss to the great 1962 class of Pennfield High School.
