Ray Taylor
Flippin - Clyde Ray Taylor, 69, of Flippin, Arkansas, passed away on March 31, 2021 in his home. He was born on February 8, 1952, to the late Clyde Robert Taylor and Bernice Stroble Hurst in Pinebluff, Arkansas.
He was a lover of music and enjoyed playing his guitar. Ray was a popular radio personality for many years in states including Arkansas, New Mexico, and California. He was also very skilled in the art of engraving guns and other metals. He will forever be missed by his loving family and friends.
Ray is survived by his loving companion of 16 years, Linda McVittie; his daughter, Valerie (Jimmy) Quarles of New Mexico; one granddaughter, Allison Taylor; four grandsons, Logan Dycus, Sebastian, Jaxson, and Sawyer Mayberry; and one sister, Ann (Douglas) Heird of Pinebluff, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Linda Chastain.
