Dear Strawser Family,
Isn't it something how time truly heals. We still grieve, but not to the degree we did at first. Most times we are not aware of God's blessings, but by tempering our grief with the passing of time, it's his way of caring for us. 1Peter5:7; Exodus6:3

Losing a loved one can bring much grief. Please accept my sincere condolences. I love the words spoken in the scripture at 1 Thessalonians 4:14 written by Paul when he was in Corinth "For if we have faith that Jesus died and rose again, so too God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep in death through Jesus". What a wonderful promise. To know that you can see your loved one again!

Jimmy,
I'm very sad to hear about your mom's passing. I knew Sadie since I was in junior high school. She was always calm and easygoing. She took great care of Jim when he was dealing with his cancer. She really was an exceptional person and was extremely proud of you.

Sadie, you will be missed. I remember going to hockey games with you, and big and little Jim (James and Jimmy). You were a big part of Jimmy's life, and all of his friends knew you and loved you. Although you've said goodbye, you'll always be with us. We are here for Jimmy, so don't you worry about him. May you rest in peace.
