The heavens have opened up and accepted an angel. I remember her stories (told with that Texas twang) and her encouragement. She has taken a piece of my heart with her.

Alice was an angel to so many people! I loved her as if she was my auntie! Alice taught my two older sons, and interacted with my youngest. Don't be jealous Jason, but she loved them like her own (you....ha ha) . Alice encouraged me to go back to school to get my teaching degree! She stayed on me to stop running from the plan God had for me. I never had to wonder what she thought about anything because she always laid it on the line with truth and honesty! I will miss her West Texas stories, her laughs, and the clicking of her little heels as she walked down the hallway!

Alice was a role model and mentor for me when I began teaching at Blanton Elementary. She always had words of encouragement and wisdom to guide teachers new to the profession.
I am thankful for the opportunity to have known and worked with her. She will be remembered!

Alice, your sister Carolyn Sue Orr-Seibold and husband will miss that vibrant, energetic, positive attitude, yak-yak-yak of you. We won't say good-bye because we know we will see you later.
Our precious memory of you is when people get into your car, you would tell them this: "Get in; sit down; fasten your seat belt and shut-up. God love you.
